The ticket sales website enables users to purchase tickets in advance for the exhibitions and other events held at the Bilbao Fine Arts Museum.

In general, the advance ticket sales service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the Bilbao Fine Arts Museum may at any time, temporarily or definitively and without prior notice, suspend advanced sales of all or a portion of the tickets for the permanent exhibition, temporary exhibitions or other events organised by the Bilbao Fine Arts Museum.

To purchase tickets in advance, please follow the instructions indicated on the website and reproduced below:

Select your ticket

Step 1: If it is not selected by default, indicate the exhibition or event for which you wish to purchase tickets (museum visit, educational activity, promotional activity) as well as any extras (audio guide).

Step 2: Indicate the number of people and the price type. Remember to check whether any of the people for whom you are purchasing tickets are eligible for a reduced price (proof of eligibility must be shown at the ticket office). In certain cases, you will need to enter additional information to complete the process ("Friend-Laguna" prices and "Gaztedi Plan" for educational and promotional activities). The maximum number of tickets you may purchase is fourteen (14) for museum visits, four (4) for educational activities and only one (1) for promotional activities.

Step 3: Select the date in the calendar shown on the screen.

Step 4: Select the time slot from those shown for the date chosen.

You will then see a summary indicating the options selected in all of these steps.
